Angle Iron Dies
30B/31B Angle Iron Dies – “Leg-In”
Bend Angle Iron, Leg-In, As Small As 4" Radius
Without Twisting or Distortion These dies works on a wedge principle. When bending pressure is
applied, the Inner Radius Block holds the horizontal flange of the stock
in a vise-like grip to prevent crimping or twisting. Tooling consists of a
30B Master Die Assembly and 31B Inner Radius Block of desired
size.
50B, 51B, 52B Angle Iron Dies –
“Leg-Out”
Bend Angle Iron, Leg-Out, As Small As 3" Radius,
Or Up To 10' Circles. Tooling consists of a 50B Master Die and 53B Wrist Pin and
matching 51B Outer and 52B Inner Radius Blocks. Outer wedge
grips flange tightly while the Swinging Arm bends the stock around
the Inner Radius Block. Inner Radius Blocks have dual faces for
bending two different radii.
180° Angle Iron Die Sets “Leg-In” Bend Small Radii Up to 180° With Just “One Pull”. Form short-radius 180° bends in Angle Iron with “One Pull” and without wrinkling. Special Cam-type Form Die and “Hold-Down Arms” lock the stock in place to prevent torquing or twisting.
35B “Notched” Angle Iron Die
Notch Your Angle Iron; Then Bend It Closed
To Form Sharp Corners Form sharp bends in Angle Iron, “Leg-In” after the point of the bend
has been notched. Also forms sharp “V” bends in Flat Stock.
20B11 180° Angle Iron Dies –
“Heel-In”
Bend Angle Iron “Heel-In” up to 180°
Bend Angle Iron with the “Heel-In” up to 180° with “One Pull.” *
Tooling consists of a “Wrap Around” – style 20B11 Form Die,
Master Back Block, and 9B Flat-Surface Roller.
Feed-Along Angle Iron Dies –
“Heel-In”
Form Larger-Radius Bends in Angle Iron With
The “Heel-In” Form larger-radius bends in Angle Iron, “Heel-In”. Tooling consists of a
Master Draw Block/Back Block Set for ALL radius sizes and a 20B9
Form Die for the desired radius. Form Dies have dual working faces
for bending two different radii.
Feed-Along Angle Iron Dies –
“Heel-Out”
Bend Angle Iron “Heel Out” from 10" to 20" Radius
Tooling consists of a Master Back Block/Draw Block Set for
ALL radius sizes and a 20B10 Form Die for the desired radius.
Form Dies have dual working faces for bending two different radii.
