Form larger-radius edgebends in two- or three-piece Handrail
Assemblies. Use Rectangular Tube or Structural Channel and filler
strip as insert; bend assembled handrail as one piece. Tooling consists
of a 160B Form Die for the desired radius and a 160B Master Back
Block Set (for all radius sizes). Radius Blocks have dual faces for
bending two different radii. Bend 1-3/4" or 1-15/16" Molded Iron
Handrail Cap with Assembled Channel from 10" – 116" radius.
