180° Square Tube Die Sets -
Bend Square Tube to 180º with “Wrap-Around”
Style Dies. Bend Square Tube up to 180° with “One Pull.” You don’t need mandrels
or fillers to support the tube, with only slight indentation along the
internal surface of the bend due to the design of the die (“crush
bend”). Add precision-controlled Hydraulic Power for ease in bending
any size or for accurate production of quantity parts.We recommend
Hydraulic Power for bending Square Tube from 1" – 1-1/2".
Complete Die Sets consist of a Form Die and Dowel Pin, Back
Block, Draw Block, and 9B Roller. Some components may be
duplicated in the assembled die sets, so bending the same square
tube size to a different radius, or bending different square tube sizes to
the same radius, may not require the purchase of additional Die Sets.
All components can be purchased separately. Individual Draw Blocks
(sold on pg. 35). Back Blocks are designed to be used only with the
listed Form Die for a radius and cannot be interchanged with other
Form Dies.
154B/155B Feed-Along Square Tube
Make Large-Radius Bends up to 360° in Square Tube.
Form larger radius bends in Square Tube. Complete tooling consists of a
155B Master Back Block/Draw Block Set for the Square Tube size and a
154B Crowned Radius Block for the desired radius. Special “crowned”
profile forms the tube smoothly around the bend with only slight longitudinal
crimping along the tube (“crush bend”). Radius blocks have dual faces, so
each block can make two different radius bends.

Form larger-radius bends in Square Tube on the Section Diagonal.
Tooling consists of a 20B9 Form Die for the desired radius and a
Master Back Block/Draw Block Set for the Square Tube size.
Form Dies have dual working faces for bending two different radii.
