H60 Hydraulic Pump
Short-run production bends and heavy bends are easy with this state-of-the-art hydraulic pump – the only hydraulic attachment you’ll ever need for the HOSSFELD UNIVERSAL®MODEL NO. 2 Bender. The 49405 H60 Hydraulic Power Unit is covered by a 1-year limited warranty. It is factory precision adjusted at a maximum pressure of 1000 pounds per square inch. Operation of the Power Unit at a hydraulic pressure greater than 1000 pounds per square inch will exceed the design working capacity of the machine and its bending tools. This could be dangerous to the operator and will void the warranty. Only the 49405 H60 Hydraulic Pump and other hydraulic packages supplied by us are authorized for use with the HOSSFELD UNIVERSAL®MODEL NO. 2 BENDER; use of other hydraulic units may void applicable warranties.

Our best value–this hydraulic package includes everything you need to
use hydraulic power for most applications. Includes: H60 Hydraulic
Power Unit, double-action hydraulic cylinder, hoses, foot switch, and
conversion kit to convert the Model No. 2 Bender for use with hydraulic
power. Bend offsets, angles, return bends, or 360° circles with most
tooling, as appropriate. Package does not include “L-Type” Swinging
Frame*. Purchase H60 L-Frame Hydraulic Package below, or add
“L-Type” Swinging Frame when you’re ready to upgrade.
L-Frame Hydraulic Package
This package includes the “L-Type” Swinging Frame* in addition to
standard components: H60 Hydraulic Power Unit, hydraulic cylinder,
hoses, foot switch, and conversion kit. Use “L-Type” Swinging Frame in
place of the Standard Swinging Frame to bend a full 180° with 180°
Wrap-Around Tube and Pipe Dies.
